Evolve IP is making their stamp on the Telecom industry with their Unified Cloud services offering that’s helping companies address 95% of their cloud needs and concerns. Chad Gagnon, Enterprise Technology Advisor at Evolve IP, sat down with our team to walk us thru their current offerings and road map for 2017.
Evolve IP was designed from the beginning to provide both cloud communications and cloud computing services to customers on a single, unified cloud platform. Their focus is in hosted contact centers, IP phone systems and unified communications. For Cloud Computing the company’s suite of services includes disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and desktop services like virtual desktops (DaaS/VDI), RMM, MDM and help desk.
Their CSP partnership with Microsoft allows them the ability, and expertise, to assist clients with their Office 365 migrations.
It is important to note, Evolve IP Compliance CloudTM enables ITAR, HIPPA, and PCI compliance with FFIEC and HITRUST coming soon. Leveraging an N+1 network infrastructure, the company also has geographically dispersed, active/active, SSAE 16 SOC II/III compliant data centers across the East, Central and Western US, and is expanding to International waters in 2017.
Currently over 100,000 clients are operating on Evolve IP’s cloud services. Their product set allows customers to gain the necessary technology upgrades without the costly ownership and management responsibilities typically associated with it. Additionally, their services are compatible with Broad soft, VMware, CISCO, & EMC via their proprietary OSSmossi Cloud Management system.
Solidifying their success, Evolve IP has repeatedly been ranked in the Deloitte’s Technology fast 500. Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 ranks the fastest growing, public and private companies, within the Telecommunications, Media, Life Sciences, and energy tech industries in North America.
Recently, Evolve IP was awarded the “Game Changer” award by BroadSoft, Inc, which honors companies who have dedicated their time to world class service for clients and helping to make a positive impact in their community. To date, Evolve IP has donated over $ 5.5 Million Dollars across 5,500 hours of volunteer work done by employees.
The biggest challenge Evolve IP is facing today is ensuring it maintains (or beats) its 9/10 customer satisfaction / net promoter score as it continues to expand nationally and internationally. The company is working diligently to strategically place their resources and secure significant investments for continued growth.
